Excellent customer service. Quickly scheduled replacement of my car windshield in just 2 days after I called them. Technician was very professional and thorough. Arrived at my house at the scheduled time. Changed the windshield in about an hour, which totally exceeded my expectations. Would definitely recommend Safelite.

Booking the appointment with Safelight was super easy and quick. Our technician came early to our house which was convenient. He did a good job and finished the replacement quicker than the expected 2-3 hours. We will definitely use Safelight again, our only small issue was we wish they were a little more affordable.

I had a fantastic experience with Safelite from start to finish. Scheduling my appointment online was quick and incredibly easy. Brassen took the time to make sure I was getting the right service for my needs, which I really appreciated. On the day of my appointment, Steve arrived right on time, was professional, friendly, and did an excellent job replacing my windshield. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. Great customer service and quality work all around. I highly recommend Safelite!

Making the appointment was very easy. Agent was flexible with timing and easy to adjust to my schedule. Technician Devon showed up at the exact appointed time. Installation and recalibration took less than 2 hours. He explained all that he did very professionally. He was courteous, and polite, and really knew his his job very well. I would recommend Safelite to all and would be a plus to have Devon as your technician / installer.

If anyone is needing a windshield replacement or anything in regards to the windshield, I recommend Safelite. The reason why is because they do a wonderful job and have 10/10 respect for the vehicle. Since I ordered my new windshield through Safelite, I have a lifetime warranty through Safelite and All-State! I didn't know I would get a warranty, but I did, and it's on my account with Safelite. 7 🌟 rating! Safelite Very happy camper!! 😊

Andre suggested we go to the shop since our covered area was not large enough. Great idea so I did not have to reschedule. Andre was professional, kept me updated, and pleasant during the replacement of our windshield.🙌

Safelite came to my home. Steve the tech was very friendly, polite and professional. The new windshield installation was quick and flawless. He appeared to be very experienced. I was very impressed. I do not know what it cost because my excellent State Farm auto insurance covered the full cost.
